As an advance release to the upcoming Hardboiled Plot-Point Campaign for Savage Worlds, Arbor Productions announces the first in a series of PDF adventure anthologies.

Hardboiled: Harsh Tales features four adventures, a few new rules from the setting book, interlude one-sheets, and a complete adventure generator- allowing GMs to create their own tales of mystery, the arcane, and betrayal.

“We wanted to give the Savage Fans a good, hard look at what we had planned for the Hardboiled setting book,” said Arbor Productions Publisher, Lee F. Szczepanik, Jr.,” but we wanted to do it in a way that would get them involved in the setting right away.  Mike Dukes and I came-up with the idea of an adventure anthology that they could start playing right away.  All in all, I think the fans will get a lot of bang for their buck out of these products.”

In addition to the material contained within the Anthology, the website will feature 7 pregenerated characters to download to help get started right away.  Several of the characters will even contain a special feature that has been asked for by Savage Fans for quite some time.

Hardboiled: Harsh Tales will be released October 2008.
